All postage costs are calculated at the checkout based on weight of order and destination. Postage will be displayed BEFORE we take any personal details from you. Postage rates are based on the pricing structure from Royal Mail. Some items are very heavy, therefore we will contact you with shipping details, as a courier service will be needed.

We aim to despatch your order with 24/48 hours of being placed Monday-Friday, you should normally receive your goods within 2-5 working days unless in the unlikely event of it being out of stock, when we will notify you. International orders are generally received in less than 10 days.

In the unlikely event your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option of an alternative or to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Under the ‘Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations’ you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days after the day you received the goods, with the exception of earrings for reasons of hygiene, and we must provide you with a refund for the value of the goods within 30 days of the cancellation.

We require that you return the goods in the condition they were received at your own cost. Natural Globe will not take delivery of mail that has missing or incorrect postage. Natural Globe will not provide an exchange or a refund for goods that are damaged or lost in transit. We recommend taking out insurance against these eventualities.

Please ensure you get proof of postage.

If in the rare event that the goods are faulty or not suitable for the use that they were advertised for we will offer a replacement or refund.

Unfortunately we will be unable to accept returns of audio/visual media e.g. CD’s if they have been unwrapped from there original wrapping and seals. We expect that you are able to examine them without unwrapping.
