Hopi Ear Candling

Hopi ear candles are used as an ancient natural therapy, originally practised by North American Indians. The process is sometimes referred to as ear candling or thermo-auricular therapy. Hopi ear candles are completely safe for all ages and can be effective in the treatment of ear irritations, wax build up, sinus problems, colds, snoring, migraine and rhinitis, also before flying.

Ear Candling works by relieving pressure within the ear and sinuses by creating a vibration of air, generating a massage-like effect on the eardrum.

The treatment will take approximately 40 minutes including massage of the face, sinus points and ears.

Reiki

Reiki is a treatment developed by Japanese professor Dr Mikao Usui. It is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.

It is administered by "laying on hands" to transfer life force energy. Holistic Facial

This facial combines high quality natural Swedish skin care products with an aromatherapy oil blend massaged on to the face, shoulders and neck. A facemask is then applied for 10 minutes and a hand or foot massage is given.
